Abraxas is a non profitable organisation which was created by young Gambians who invested their own resources to support their fellow young people, brothers and sisters. Abraxas is registered institution and accredited by the national training authority of the Gambia. Also is registered at the ministry of justice as a non profit organisation.

We offer training classes on work ethics and customer care service for six months as well as providing job placement and job recruitment. Abraxas is open for young men and women who want to make a change in their life and who want to contribute to the development of young people.

Abraxas creates employment opportunities for unemployed youths, men and women. Abraxas enables young people to gain competence to participate in personal and the nations development.

 

Meaning of Abraxas:

A = Abolish- putting an end to complacency and developing self determination

B = brothers alongside sisters

R = recruitment, training and placement of works in work ethics and customer care

A = attitude should be positive- this will guide you towards your success.

X = xylem, a word that flows from plant science. We are xylem of human society- we are here to help you to make that change in your life through the use of positive attitude

S = is for sisters our nation developers who are part of us. As a citizen you should not ask what your country can do for you, but what you can for your country.
